Shopping and dropping off donations happen at the same place at this San Rafael Salvation Army, which runs a thrift store alongside its donation center. A yellow sign with the organization's red shield and the words "Thrift Store" hangs on its front wall. The doors open every day of the week, and the store stays open into the evening on at least one day. Money from its sales goes toward the charity's adult rehabilitation programs.
