Secondhand apparel for adults and teens fills much of Saint Anthony's Thrift & Home Organizing in Orinda, and the vintage pieces in the mix sell quickly. The shop also carries vintage and modern handbags, belts and shoes, plus a small selection of side tables, unique chairs and bookshelves. It is open five days a week, Sundays included.
The store is run by an eco-focused 501(c)(3) nonprofit that mentors and trains people from the community and creates jobs for them. Much of its stock comes from the organization's home organizing and estate clear-out work, which covers decluttering, packing and unpacking for moves, downsizing for elders, and clearing out garages, closets and storage units. Alongside the shop, a Center for Creative Reuse is starting workshops in February 2026.
