Shopping and donating happen under one roof at the Yuma Southgate Goodwill, a combined retail store and donation center run by the nonprofit Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. Racks of clothing, including children's clothes, share the sales floor with home furniture. Donations are accepted on site, and the doors stay open seven days a week, well into the evening.
Specials follow a weekly pattern. Special color tag sales run on several days, Tuesday is Senior Day and Sunday is Military and Student Day, with ID required for both. Beside the main entrance, the tan-and-brown building has its own Goodwill Career Center wing, signed in both English and Spanish.
