Wake Forest has a resale shop stocked entirely from storage unit auctions, estate sales and buyouts. 3 Day Thrift bids on abandoned storage units, handles full estate sales and liquidations for families, and buys the contents of garages, houses and businesses outright. Everything it collects goes on sale in the store, and new stock arrives every week.
The shop is open only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The business also runs live auctions and unboxings on Whatnot, where it opens storage units in real time. Each month it hosts a New Seller Community program, in which sellers promote each other's live streams. Inside, shelves packed with vinyl records line one wall, beside a corner cabinet holding glassware and decanters.
