Run by All Out Caring Thrift Store, Inc., a registered nonprofit, this new Duarte shop and donation center sells clothing for all ages, shoes, accessories, furniture, housewares, toys, electronics and small appliances. It's open seven days a week and stays open into the evening on weekdays. Each week, a rotating color-tag markdown cuts prices on selected tag colors, and the free Giving & Helping Club rewards both shoppers and donors.
Donations are tax-deductible. Each drop-off earns a receipt and a discount on a later purchase, and e-waste is accepted any day of the year. Bold red "Acts" lettering stands out on the store's burnt-orange facade above a gray metal awning. All net proceeds go to local partner organizations that serve families, children, veterans and the homeless.
