Volunteers with Thrifting 4 Gifting run this Temecula thrift shop, and its sales fund community service programs for children and families, from infants to adults. These include the Giving Tree Initiative, which provides seasonal gifts to children and young adults, as well as School Zone, Stepping Up for Tots for preschool essentials, support for foster and homeless youth, scholarships and Bear Hug. The organization also runs a teen volunteer program called VolunTeens and works with partner nonprofits.
The shop is open four days a week, Wednesday through Saturday. Donations are accepted only during business hours at a designated drop-off area on the side of the building, and pickup is no longer offered. A red heart logo and bold red lettering mark the building's tan stucco front.
