Donations for Restoration Thrift go through its sister shop, La Tienda Thrift Store, in the building next door. Items are sorted at La Tienda and then sent over, so new stock comes in every day. This San Clemente store is open seven days a week.
Hope Restoration Ministries runs the store as part of its Work Therapy Program. The program gives men in recovery from addiction steady work, skill training and a chance to build confidence as they rebuild their lives. Restoration Thrift and La Tienda together fund the ministry's Recovery Program, so every purchase and donation goes to helping participants get free of addiction and start over.
