Kings Christian School runs this Hanford thrift store, and every dollar of profit goes back to the school. Sales from the shop make up a significant portion of the school's general fund. The Hanford store has been open since 1999, and its stock comes from donations, including clothing and other items people clear out of their closets.
Donations are accepted any time the store is open during regular business hours, so there is no separate drop-off schedule. The store also relies on volunteers and welcomes anyone who wants to give time instead of goods. It is open six days a week and closed on Sundays.
