Northwest Assistance Ministries runs this resale store and donation center in Houston, Texas. The nonprofit's mission is meeting basic human needs through neighbors helping neighbors. Its wider work includes a food pantry, a family violence center, senior services, veterans programs, and rental and utility assistance. White lettering reading NAM Resale Boutique, next to a hand-and-heart logo, marks the dark glass front of the building.
NAM Resale accepts donations and keeps a list of the items it can take, so donors can check before dropping things off. Gifts to the store are tax deductible, and donation pick-ups can be scheduled. The store and its donation center are open six days a week and closed on Sundays.
