In Foley, a retail store, an outlet store, a donation center and an Opportunity Center all share one Goodwill Gulf Coast site. The organization serves ten counties across the Alabama-Florida Gulf Coast region. The retail store and the outlet both open seven days a week, and the retail side stays open into the evening Monday through Saturday. A blue Goodwill Gulf Coast sign tops the cream-and-brown front, above a dark awning that marks separate entrances for the retail store and the Opportunity Center.
The donation center takes household items every day and also stays open into the evening. On weekdays, the Opportunity Center runs a computer lab and connects people with employment services. Goodwill Gulf Coast's wider work also covers education, youth, and children and family programs.
