Every dollar spent at His Girls Bless N Shop goes toward the operating costs of His Girls Discipleship, a residential ministry for women coming out of sex trafficking, addiction, homelessness, abuse, jail and other crises. The Christian thrift store in Bradenton sells clothing, furniture, appliances and household items, and new merchandise comes in constantly. It is open six days a week and closed on Sundays.
The shop opened in the fall of 2017. It is also a place for prayer and fellowship, and it welcomes the community as a safe space free of judgment. The ministry it funds helps women become self-sufficient and build healthy, safe and productive lives. A white sign with bold red lettering sits above the store's green-trimmed corner front.
