Coleman Oaks Thrift Store & Coffee Shop in Coleman, Florida, is a thrift shop and coffee shop in one. It runs as a ministry of Lake Deaton United Methodist Church. The store grew out of the congregation's vision of serving the community through faith and generosity, and shoppers can browse the thrift store or stop in for a cup of coffee under the same roof.
Coleman Oaks is open five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday. Volunteers help keep it running, and the church takes volunteer applications for the store. Supporters can also give through an online wish list of items the store needs. The building is gray with a metal roof, rust-orange shutters and a long white porch lined with turquoise chairs.
