Habitat for Humanity of the Nature Coast owns and runs this Inverness ReStore, and its sales help pay for the affiliate's building programs and affordable homeownership work. The stock includes furniture, appliances, cabinets, building materials, tools, windows, doors, housewares, flooring, tile, garden supplies, paint and plumbing supplies. A blue ReStore sign sits over the tan entryway, and white metal wings with blue awnings stretch out on either side.
Donations taken include working appliances, complete cabinet sets, framed mirrors, furniture in resalable condition, tools, new flooring and lumber. Donated items can also be picked up for free. A house clean-out service removes household goods for people who are moving, selling or settling an estate. The store is open five days a week, and donations are dropped off Tuesday through Saturday.
