A Frankfort, Kentucky thrift store, Why Not keeps its doors open six days a week. Its full name, Why Not Gifts and Bargains, is lettered in gold across the front display windows, framed by white scrollwork painted on the glass. On at least one day, the store stays open into the evening, and Sunday is one of its regular trading days.
