The Cat on Zafarano is a resale shop in Santa Fe, New Mexico. It carries designer and high-quality clothing, shoes and accessories, along with quality household items and furniture. The store is open six days a week, Sundays included. Its tan stucco building has wooden pergolas on both sides of the entrance and a planter of silvery shrubs out front.
Shopping isn't the only way to take part, because the store also takes donations of goods for resale. The Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society runs the store, and its sales and donations go toward the shelter's lifesaving work for homeless and at-risk animals in the area.
