A resale shop paired with a donation center, the Salvation Army Family Store in Aiken, South Carolina, takes in donations and sells goods at the same location. Couches and upholstered armchairs fill much of its sales floor, with racks of clothing lining the wall behind them. Money from each purchase goes toward the Salvation Army's adult rehabilitation programs. The store keeps a six-day week and closes on Sundays.
