Bellport United Methodist Church runs this thrift shop as an outreach to the community. It sells clothes, housewares, children's items, books and small furniture. Volunteers help shoppers and also lend an ear to anyone who wants to talk about life's ups and downs.
The shop also sends goods out to local charities. It works with Mary Immaculate Church and the St. Vincent DePaul voucher program, and it supports South Country Leadership Alliance clothing drives. It gives toys to the Boys & Girls Club, furniture to a Vietnam Veterans charitable group and winter clothing to the Eastern Farm Workers. The shop is in a white shingled building with a white painted wooden sign, and it opens Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
