ReStyle For Ryther takes its name from Ryther, a Seattle nonprofit that helps children, youth, young adults and their families find a path to healing and hope. Ryther is licensed by the Washington State Department of Health as a Behavioral Health Agency and is accredited by the Council on Accreditation. It serves more than 800 young people each month regardless of payer, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity or place of origin.
The nonprofit builds its work on evidence-based practices and a trauma care model called Attachment, Regulation, and Competency. Its therapists also work in schools and social service agencies. Ryther is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, and gifts to it are tax-deductible. The Seattle shop is open six days a week, including Sundays.
