At 285 Washington St. in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, shoppers will find The Salvation Army Thrift Store. Sales at Salvation Army stores help fund the charity's adult rehabilitation programs. It is in Monroe County. Shoppers can look for clothing, furniture, antiques, home goods and collectibles. Its posted hours cover four days a week.
