Donations of clothing, furniture and household goods can be dropped off during store hours, and larger furniture donations can be arranged separately with the store. Everything donated is resold here, and all proceeds go to Fairhaven Rescue Mission. The mission has served Covington for more than 40 years, providing meals, shelter, clothing and support to people facing homelessness or financial hardship. The store is open six days a week and closed on Sundays.
The stock changes constantly. It includes clothing, books, kitchenware, household goods, home décor, vintage pieces and one-of-a-kind furniture. A bold blue Fairhaven Thrift Stores sign with a small drop-shaped accent sits over the white entrance, under a dark blue-gray metal roof.
