At 7241 W. 135th St. in Overland Park, Kansas, shoppers will find Goodwill Thrift Store. Goodwill stores sell donated goods to pay for job training and employment programs in their region. It is in Johnson County. Shoppers can look for clothing, furniture, antiques, home goods and collectibles. Its posted hours cover all seven days of the week. A purchase here does double duty: a bargain for the shopper and support for the charity behind the counter. Fresh donations come in through the week, so the floor rarely stays the same for long.
