Every sale at New Life Resale & Donation Center in Wauconda, Illinois, supports Informed Choices Pregnancy & Parenting Services. The proceeds let that organization keep its services free of charge. The resale store sells clothing, furniture and home goods. Its stock has also included shoes, jewelry, purses, scarves, children's items, dishes, seasonal decor and sports gear.
Donations are accepted Tuesday through Saturday, during the store's daytime hours. The shop is open five days a week and stays open into the evening on at least one of them. Volunteers help run the store, and anyone interested can fill out a volunteer application to join them. The store's own website gives it the full name New Life Resale & Donation Center.
