Buy and Sell Philly runs its thrift shop in Philadelphia. Racks of jackets, shirts and dresses stretch along one wall of the sales floor, with sneakers and boots set out beneath them and glass counters holding handbags and hats. The store opens five days a week, Sundays included. On at least one of those days it stays open into the evening.
