Pleasant Hill is home to this shop run by Youth Homes, a nonprofit founded in 1965 that provides trauma-informed services for foster youth. Sales pay for the organization's mental health services and enrichment programs for foster youth and young people affected by trauma. The store recently grew by about 1,000 square feet after taking over a neighboring space, and some rare and designer-label pieces are sold through its eBay shop.
Donations are taken Monday through Saturday during daytime hours and must never be left at the front or back door. Groups can host a Drive to Thrive donation drive using the shop's bins or trailer. The shop is open seven days a week and stays open into the evening on most days. Its green lettered sign sits beside a round blue logo.
