Goodwill in Taft keeps its doors open seven days a week and stays open into the evening on at least one of them. A wide blue sign with white block letters and the organization's smiling-face logo marks the storefront, and the front windows carry the words Donate, Community and Jobs. Sales at this location help fund job training and employment programs in the surrounding region.
