Love Animals Benefit Shop keeps its doors open four days a week in Santa Cruz, California, and Sunday is one of them. Every purchase here helps fund work on behalf of animal welfare. The storefront is clad in dark charcoal wood siding, with a white sign spelling out the shop's name in bold black letters above the door. Tall, spiky yucca plants and clusters of succulents fill the planting bed at the corner of the building.
