Every purchase and donation at The Blessing Box in Denison, Texas, helps fund programs that feed, clothe and support people in need. The resale shop is run by a compassion-driven organization devoted to serving its community, and donated goods are central to that work.
The racks carry clothing for the whole family, and the shelves hold housewares, framed artwork, home décor, toys and jewelry. New merchandise and designer name brands are mixed in with secondhand stock. The store keeps its inventory moving, so the selection changes often. Shoppers can sign up for a mailing list that sends notices about upcoming sales, and the shop also runs a line called Turquoise & Tumblers. The Blessing Box is open six days a week and closed on Sundays.
