Since 1998, the We Care Program has run this thrift store in Monroeville, Alabama. Its stock of clothing, furniture, household goods and books is updated regularly. The store is fully wheelchair accessible and is open six days a week, closing on Sundays.
Donation bins stand behind the building. Donors can knock on the back door, and staff will come out to help unload clothing, shoes, furniture and other items. A donation receipt is available on request. On the front, the red brick building has black signboards that spell out "Thrift Store" in white letters, with the We Care logo between the two words, above a wide tan metal awning.
