This charity thrift shop was the We Care Program's first location and has been open since September 29, 1989. Its sales support the program's work changing lives in prison and beyond. Most of the sales floor holds women's, men's and children's clothing and shoes, along with furniture, toys and assorted household goods, and a steady flow of donations keeps the displays changing.
Donations go to a drive-through on the north side of the building, where staff answer a knock at the door and help unload clothing, shoes, furniture and other items. Tax receipts are available on request. The store is open six days a week and closed on Sundays. Its long cream metal building has red THRIFT and STORE lettering on either side of a brown entrance awning.
