Clothing, household items, knickknacks and furniture fill Liberty Thrift Shop, an outreach ministry of Liberty Worship Center in Largo, Florida. The shop runs as a nonprofit, and its sales fund the church's Destiny House residential discipleship program, a food bank, the church itself and other community outreach. A cream-colored sign mounted on a long red metal awning marks the storefront.
The store takes donations and does its best to pick them up. Volunteers are welcomed alongside donors and shoppers, and the team is available to minister to and share the gospel with those in need. The shop is open five days a week.
