Helping Hand Missions runs this Milton thrift store as part of its Christian ministry. The ministry's work centers on preaching the Gospel, teaching Biblical principles and helping people overcome destructive lifestyles. Its outreach also includes a City of Refuge program, community assistance and WTGF 90.5 radio.
The store sells clothing for infants, children, women and men, plus shoes ranging from boots and high heels to slippers and tennis shoes. It also carries furniture such as couches, recliners, dressers, desks and kitchen tables, along with dishes, Pyrex, Tupperware, knickknacks, small housewares, books and mattresses. It is open six days a week and closed on Sundays. A sign with a multicolored puzzle-piece logo hangs on its white-painted brick wall, and donations are taken around back.
