Every net dollar from daily sales at this Zephyrhills shop goes to patients of Gulfside Hospice, part of the non-profit Gulfside Healthcare Services. Racks hold clothing and shoes for women, men, teens and children, along with furniture, housewares, small appliances, jewelry and collectibles. Thousands of new items go out each day, and one section is set aside for unique and popular pieces. Purple lettering spells out the name above the entrance, beneath green arched awnings.
Donations are taken at the back door Monday through Saturday, and furniture or multiple boxes can be picked up by arrangement. Volunteers accept donations and sort and price the merchandise. The shop is open six days a week and closed Sundays, and Gulfside's thrift shoppes have served Tampa Bay residents for 29 years.
