Juanita Goodwill in Kirkland, Washington, is both a retail store and a donation center, so shoppers can drop off goods and browse the same day. The doors are open seven days a week and stay open into the evening on at least one day. Donations are accepted every day of the week, from weekday mornings through the weekend, and they follow Evergreen Goodwill's donation guidelines.
The store is run by Evergreen Goodwill, and each purchase and donation pays for free job training and education in the community. That work includes adult basic education classes, career services and support services, offered in classrooms, online and over the phone. Under a long brown mansard-style roof, a white sign with blue lettering marks the store's entrance.
