Stand at the Crossroads Ministries runs Redeemed Treasures Boutique, a thrift store on its own campus in Aiken, South Carolina. The ministry is a Christian-based residential community for women in transition, run by volunteers, and it has offered a safe haven for women and children since 2000. Sales from the shop help fund that work, and the store also gives residents real work experience.
The boutique takes donations of clothing, household items, furniture and more, and people can drop them off whenever the store is open. All proceeds go straight to the ministry's programs for women and children in transition. The shop is open four days a week, with shorter hours on Saturday.
