In Aiken, Redeemed Treasures Boutique raises support for Stand at the Crossroads Ministries, a volunteer-run, Christian-based residential community that has provided transitional housing for women and children since 2000. Shopping and donating here give the ministry's residents work experience and supply resources for its continued service to women and children in the community.
The boutique carries clothing, jewelry, household items, toys and seasonal decor, and some goods are also sold online. Donations can be dropped off during business hours, and the shop is open four days a week, including Saturdays. It occupies a pale yellow cottage with a wooden ramp leading up to its front porch and a large side window lined with shelves of pottery and glassware.
