Housed in the former church rectory just behind Trinity Episcopal Church in Elkridge, Maryland, this thrift shop raises money for the parish's outreach work. Sales support Backpack Blessings, the Grassroots Route 1 Day Resource Center and DreamBuilders, among other efforts. The shop opens on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and donated items are welcome.
Clothing follows two seasons. Fall/Winter stock is offered from October through March, and Spring/Summer stock from April through September. Special seasonal displays go up for holidays such as Christmas, Halloween and Mother's Day. On key dates the shop holds Bag Sales, when customers can fill a full paper grocery bag with clothing for one set price.
