Racks of clothing fill the sales floor of the Idaho Youth Ranch Thrift Store in Jerome, with a section for infants and toddlers. Shelves of books and media line the back wall under a row of framed artwork. The shop sits on Main Street and is part of the Idaho Youth Ranch network of thrift stores, and every purchase helps fund the organization's programs for Idaho youth.
The doors open seven days a week. Donations are taken at the store every day except Monday, and the organization also accepts vehicle donations. Shoppers can join a loyalty program or the Savers Club, which sends coupons with QR codes to use in the store. Members also get early access to tag sales and special events and hear first about new arrivals.
