Run by the Church of the Holy Trinity, an Episcopal parish in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Trinity Treasures sells affordable everyday goods and gives its proceeds to local social services, nonprofits and charities. Its racks hold women's, men's and children's clothing, and the shelves carry accessories, decor, kitchen items and toys. One long wall of the shop is painted a deep royal blue with raised square paneling and hung with framed art and mirrors.
The selection and discounts change every week, and the shop opens Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Donations are tax deductible. The shop does not take large furniture, magazines, textbooks, or dirty or damaged items. It also cannot accept playpens, car seats, strollers or crib-type items.
