Down in the lower level of the Divine Mercy Parish Center, Twice Treasured raises money for the parish, and every dollar from its sales goes to Divine Mercy Parish. It opens on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, mornings only. Shoppers who spot something after hours can leave payment in an envelope from the basket on the door and slide it under. Gift certificates are available in any amount.
The store takes clean new, like-new, vintage and antique items. It does not take clothing, electronics or large furniture. Donors can schedule a drop-off time or bring items inside while the store is open, but nothing should be left at the door. Donated goods are cleaned and tested, and anything that doesn't work is tagged "as is." Tax deduction forms for donors are kept in the store office.
