Students at UNC and Aims get a discount on their total purchase at Nifty Thriftyz when they show a student ID. The Greeley shop is open five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday. Its stock covers clothing, tools, collectibles and household goods, and new items come in regularly. Through a partnership with Nature's Select Petfood of Colorado, it also sells dry and wet dog and cat food along with pet treats.
The store is locally run and also offers items through Facebook Marketplace, though much more is on hand in the shop than online. Street parking is right out front. A bright mural of purple mountains against a sunset sky covers the side wall, and an old-style "Second Hand Store" sign hangs above the front window.
