Donations go to the Manassas Habitat ReStore from one hour after opening until one hour before closing. Pickups of donated items can also be scheduled, and a priority service collects them within two days. Accepted items include appliances, furniture, cabinets, countertops, windows, doors, hardware, paint, tools, lighting and housewares, and donors receive a tax deduction.
The local Habitat for Humanity affiliate runs the store and sells building materials, appliances, furniture, tools and home goods to the general public. The stock comes from corporations, construction companies and individuals, and because all of it is donated, the inventory changes every day. All proceeds fund adequate housing initiatives and home repairs carried out in partnership with local families in need. The store opens Tuesday through Saturday, and in 2025 it held its first Antique & Art Sale.
