A nonprofit thrift shop in Logan, Utah, Somebody's Attic gives 100 percent of its net proceeds back to the community. Its secondhand stock includes clothing, accessories, furniture and vintage pieces, and the inventory changes constantly as new arrivals come in. The shop promotes thrifting as a way to reduce waste and give pre-loved items new life, and it runs on donated goods and the help of local volunteers.
Established in 1985, the store sits in a tall tan-brick building with a broad black sign across its upper wall that names it a thrift boutique. It is open six days a week and closed on Sundays.
