Shillington's Goodwill Store & Donation Center takes furniture as well as other donated goods. Donations come in at the same hours the store is open, seven days a week, with evening hours on several days. Goodwill Keystone Area, a nonprofit, runs this thrift store. Money from purchases and donations goes to help local people who are working toward hope and independence.
The store's blue Goodwill lettering stands out against a tan facade framed by red brick columns and a green metal roof. Shoppers can pay with cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Checks, American Express and digital wallets are not accepted. An email list sends out news about the location's sales and promotions, and the store has its own Facebook page with updates.
