Goodwill Store & Donation Center in Elizabethtown takes in furniture along with other donations, and the donation center keeps the same hours as the store. It's a nonprofit thrift store run by Goodwill Keystone Area, and both donations and purchases go toward helping local community members seeking hope and independence. Shoppers and donors are welcome seven days a week, with evening hours on most days.
A blue-trimmed doorway opens onto a sales floor lined with long racks of clothing hung by color. At the register, the store takes cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, but not checks, American Express or digital wallets such as PayPal, Google or Apple. The store also keeps an email list that sends out updates on sales and promotions.
