A resale shop and donation center in one, the Goodwill in Montgomery, Illinois, sells donated goods and accepts new contributions on site. Revenue from its sales helps fund the job training and employment programs Goodwill runs in the region. The store opens seven days a week and stays open into the evening on at least one of them. Bright blue lettering spelling out Goodwill glows across the front of the building after dark.
