Run by Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, the Goodwill Store and Donation Center in Yadkinville is both a secondhand shop and a drop-off point for donated goods. Shoppers can buy gift cards and redeem them at the register, and returns are accepted again. The store's front carries the Goodwill name in tall blue letters beside the organization's logo, and a sign on the door directs donors to the rear of the building to drop off items.
The store is open seven days a week and stays open into the evening on weekdays and Saturdays, with shorter hours on Sundays. Donations are taken on site during the week as well as on weekends, in the same Yadkinville building where the store operates.
