A thrift store in New Bern, North Carolina, The Junkyard Market keeps a weekend schedule. Its doors open only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Out front of the bright yellow building sits a rust-streaked white school bus with a green dinosaur figure on its roof, surrounded by painted metal rooster sculptures and other yard art.
