Grand Haven has a Hope's Outlet, a nonprofit Christian thrift store whose sales help stock a food pantry and provide clothing and household items to people in need. Its mission is to bring hope by meeting needs quickly and by sharing hope in Jesus Christ. That help is open to anyone, whether they have struggled for a long time or have only recently fallen on hard times.
The store carries secondhand goods and antiques, all supplied by community donations. Donors can drop off items or schedule a pick-up, and the organization also accepts financial gifts. A bright yellow-and-blue sign with a green and blue logo hangs over the long front windows. The store is open six days a week and closed on Sundays.
