A general secondhand shop in Apopka, Florida, Forest Lake Gift and Thrift carries clothing, furniture, kitchen goods and kid stuff. Furniture has included framed pictures, end tables, wrought iron shelving, and wood dining tables with matching chairs. Alongside the regular racks, the store keeps a selection of boutique items.
Sale days bring markdowns on clothing such as men's suits and sport jackets, ladies' dresses, slacks and shorts, and long-sleeve knits. Boutique pieces and security-tagged items stay at full price unless a sale names them, and Christmas and Halloween goods are also left out of the sales. The store sells its own Gift & Thrift gift cards. It opens only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
