Full Circle Foundation runs this Grosse Pointe Park resale store. The nonprofit creates jobs and life-skill opportunities for adults with special needs, and its young adults work in the shop. The foundation began in 2009 with a dress sale. It later rented its first storefront and has moved to larger spaces as its programs grew.
The shop sits in a red brick building with a white columned portico and copper lanterns on both sides of the door. The store is one of several ventures the foundation runs, along with an edible garden, laundry and paper shredding services and a concession stand. Donations of money or volunteer time also support the work. The shop is open five days a week and closed Sundays and Mondays, with later hours on Thursday evenings.
